Terms and Conditions	I certify that I am the owner of the above-described vessel and I understand that any misrepresentation in this application may lead to immediate cancellation of mooring permit privileges. I agree to all the term listed below: 1. This permit is non-transferable. It is illegal to rent a mooring without first obtaining a permit from the Army Corps of Engineers. 2. Location of all moorings shall be assigned by the Harbormaster. 3. Holder of permit is responsible for setting mooring and making adjustments as required for the safety of said vessel and adjacent vessels & moorings. 4. Violation of any of these rules as stipulated shall result in the forfeiture of all permit and lease privileges. I agree to comply with all rules and regulations as defined by M.R.S. Title 38 and the Town of Harpswell Harbor & Waterfront Ordinance. I have read and understand the Online Mooring User Terms and Conditions
