Public Notice:
Beginning in 2023, all mooring shall provide proof of inspection, or the owner shall sign an affidavit stating that the mooring is in safe and operable condition. All new moorings shall be white with a blue stripe and the assigned mooring numbers painted on the mooring ball in accordance with the Harpswell Harbor & Waterfront Ordinance.
