I certify that the above information is true and correct. If I am not the owner of the above vessel I further certify that I am the master of the described vessel and I am authorized to make this application on behalf of the owner.
I understand that the Harbor Master may require document verification of any information provided herein, and that any materially false statement shall be grounds for revocation of a mooring permit issued hereunder, in accordance with the Ordinances of the Town of Southport.
All moorings must be properly registered, marked and tagged by July Ist each year. Any moorings found without the without the proper tag and or numbers after the above date will be considered illegal and may be removed at the expense of the owner.
