All waitlist renewals must be submitted between January 1st and March 31st.

All mooring renewals must be submitted by March 1st of each year.

Dear Boater,
Welcome to the Harraseeket River.
Owners of vessels with overboard sewage discharge systems shall be familiar with federal discharge regulations within territorial waters of Freeport. The Food and Drug and Drug Administration considers such boats to be a pollution threat to this natural resource when they transient or moor in the anchorage. All vessels with Y-valves attached to a thru-hull fitting shall have these valves locked in the closed position while in the Harraseeket River Anchorage to prevent any discharge. The Harbormaster shall be authorized to perform random inspections of Y-valves to ensure compliance. In the event that you depart the anchorage, your Y-valve must be closed and locked before you return.
