Terms and Conditions
Once granted, this permit is non-transferable and is for use only by the boat described above; any other use must be approved by the Harbormaster. Mooring owner is responsible for all mooring equipment and vessel while moored. Moorings must be inspected upon initial installaton and every three (3) years by an approved mooring inspector. Failure to pay registration or any unauthorized use of mooring shall be grounds for loss of mooring privilege. The Harbormaster shall assign the locations of all moorings within the Town of Sorrento and adjacent waters as authorized by the Harbor Ordinance. All Moorings must meet minimum weight and size specifications.
